Academics have taken centre stage at Lester B. Pearson High School (LBPHS) in Montreal North as 513 students, more than half the population, qualified for the school’s Honour Roll this term.

In order to make the Honour Roll, students must have an average of 80 percent or higher.

LBPHS also maintains a Diligence List, which recognizes students nominated by their teachers for their excellence in academics or student life. Last term, 44 students earned this award.  A total of 71 students achieved the Principals List at 90 percent plus.

These honour roll students are recognized online and by receiving a special breakfast each term.
